COMPANY’S TARGETS AND GOALS

We’ve always had goals and targets. But once we got Cardone U we really 10X’d our numbers. Prior to Cardone U, we would shoot for 400K/month, and we were satis ed. Now, it’s “Wow, we only did 1.6 million this month? We need to do better than that!”. It’s made us aim so much higher. We had a goal to hit 36 million a year (3 million a month). After 10X Growth Con, we had a conversation and raised our goal to 100 million. Then we spoke again later and decided to make it 200 million. We went from a goal of 36 million/ year to 200 million/year. The motivation we got to do this was attending the 10X Growth Con. We’ve been following Grant on social media for a couple years now. We literally felt like everything he was saying was speaking directly to us. We have the same mentality. We latched right onto the 10X Rule right when we started our company. So he was like our mentor without us spending any money yet. We would get our team to follow him too.

We knew about Cardone U, but didn’t feel like we were financially ready to make a commitment yet. Yes, we quadrupled our revenue. Cardone U has paid for itself since we got it. But besides the money, we love 5 rules by Grant- Great attitude, use positive language, have a heart of service, service the client, and know you’re going to close. We decided to make them rules that every team member must follow. We talk about it every single day. Not just the sales team, but everyone.

CHALLENGE

When we first got Cardone U, most of our reps were already excited. But at times there would be some guys who weren’t consistent. So we decided to change the payment policy. Now, if you hit your monthly bonus but you did not hit your Cardone U goal, then you only get half the bonus. All in all it’s been great. Even the people that aren’t training as much are still gaining knowledge and confidence.

We have one manager who’s biggest weakness was, unfortunately, managing. His meetings were boring. He struggled with leadership. Reps would complain. But he’s been on Cardone U daily. Now, his management skills are through the roof! The guys love and respect him. He gains a lot of control. Now, he takes ownership and follows through. He’s one of the biggest benefactors from having this program.
